MAD is really busy with something called "real life" and so may not have time to post a game recap. I thought I would do a little something (not a recap, I hate writing those) just so we have something different to look at. The big news is, we won and they didn't. Before anyone gets too excited about today's results, though, may I remind you that there are still games to be played and a slip-up against Lazio next week may put us right back in the soup. Two points is nothing - we just need to keep our heads down and take it one game at a time.
Of course, that doesn't mean we cant enjoy this win over Atalanta!

Milito opened the scoring for Inter with a beautiful little chip.

You can see just how much this equalizer meant to him. Thank you, Milito, for all your hard work.

Mariga got on the end of a lovely piece of team-build up to score the go ahead goal - the first of many for Inter, I hope.

Chivu unexpectedly seals the game with a third goal - also his first for Inter. This has been a very difficult season, he deserves this joy.

The second piece of big news, the truly mind-numbingly horrible news, is that Wesley Sneijder had to come out of the game at the half due to injury - an injury that looks to keep him out for the Barcelona game on Wednesday. The news is grim, but it is not outside the realm of possibility that he will recover. For those of you who do such things, light a candle for him. Everyone else, think happy thoughts - happy, healing thoughts.
