100 Anni, 100 Emozioni

I was thinking about writing 100 emotions here, but I’m too lazy. I love this team, no matter what happens. All those bitches that keep crying every time Inter wins, FUCK OFF. Just learn to stare at our beautiful asses, and great legs. But I’m not here to start an argument with other fans, I’m here to profess my unconditional and everlasting love for the GREATEST TEAM IN THE WORLD. F.C. Internazionale Milano. They give me many heartaches, and headaches, but all that is forgotten when in one instance, Il Capitano puts one past Doni in the 88th minute. Eat that shit bitches. So here you go, top 5 players in Inter history, some great video, and “Inter” leaders. SEMPRE NERAZZURRI.

Top 5 Players In Inter History:

5) Walter Zenga (1982-94)- This pick may be a bit biased, but I don’t care. He came up through our youth system, and was given the nickname, “Spiderman”. This dude was all over the place in net, he showed inhuman like reflexes, and could bend over backwards and still make the save. He won the Scudetto in 1989, and was also capped 58 times for Italy. In my opinion, he was the greatest keeper in Inter history (JC is starting to make a push for it. But he still has a lot of time to go. So. I’m not going to get ahead of myself), and one of the top keepers Italy has ever seen.

4) Giuseppe Bergomi (1980-99)- During his time, this guy was the symbol of Nerazzurri calcio. Who can forget the 1982 World Cup Final, when, as an 18 year-old, he man-marked West German legend Karl-Heinz Rummenigge. And kicked the shit out of him. (I didn’t see the game in person, because I wasn’t born yet, and that’s very disappointing. But I did pay $20 bucks on eBay for a copy of the game. Best $20 I’ve ever spent.) He holds the Inter all-time appearance record, having played 758 times for the club. He won the Scudetto once and the UEFA Cup three times during his terrific career. Plus, he had a sweeetttttt mustache. He rocked that shit like it was no body’s business.

3) Il Capitano(1995-)- There isn’t enough room on this entire page to explain what this man has meant to the club, and its fans. No matter the game, or situation, you can count on Javier to give you %100. He can play every position on the field, literally. I wouldn’t be surprised to see him take the gloves if JC ever gets hurt during a game. (Sorry Toldo) Il Capitano has made over 400 Serie A appearances for the club (and still counting), winning two Scudetti and a UEFA Cup. I don’t care which team you’re a fan of, you MUST admire his longevity and consistency. He is the model for a true professional, both on and off the pitch. I will love him, forever. He’s coming up on his final years in the black and blue, and it will be a dark day when he retires. Not only for Interista’s, but for the world of football as a whole. Grazie, Javier.

2) Giuseppe Meazza (1927-40)- As Vittorio Pozzo put it, “To have him in your team meant to start 1-0 up”. That basically sums up his illustrious career. He was the first “true” Italian superstar, so it’s not surprise he donned the black and blue. In 348 games for Inter, he has 245 goals. He also had a successful coaching career. He won the World Cup with the Azzurri in 1934 and 1938. As a player, he won three Scudetti at the club and was Italy’s star man at the aforementioned World Cup successes in 34’ and 38’. I’ve never seen it, but his goal against Brazil in the 38′ semi-final as his shorts were falling down, will be imbedded in Azzurri history forever. When he died in 1979, the Milan stadium at San Siro was named after him.

1) Giacinto Facchetti (1960-78)- Facchetti is the biggest symbolic figure that has ever played for Inter. This was demonstrated when his number 3 shirt was retired in his honor. With 94 Italian caps to his name, he was the all-time appearance holder for the Azzurri until Dino Zoff broke his record. He’s probably most remembered for him numerous lengthy runs down the left side of the pitch. That’s why he’s Inter’s number one.

As a Roma fan there is no question that calls can go either way. For example the GROSSO pent. kick awarded to ITALY in the WORLD CUP that TOTTI fucking sealed. Now I am the biggest fan of ITALY PERIOD and I know that was a flop (or mabye worn out legs form 90 min. of running the flank) but if we did not get that penalty it was fucking S. Korea all over again. Hear me out. . . cut the shit with Robert. . . if it wasn’t for him INter would not have a blog and I couldn’t go over to bust their balls. Roma plays better football? FACT, Inter has gotten some questionable calls? FACT, Isn’t a questionable call part of CALCIO? FUCKING FACT.

THis is why we LOVE Soccer, or Football, or Calcio (or whatever) it is becasue no other game hinges upon those WHAT IF momnets. I mean fucking RAI has a one hour nightly specisla talking about the possible offsides and stuff. ROMA WILL WIN THE SCUD. IT IS THERE YEAR

FORZA ROMA, FORZA TOTTI, FORZA ITALIAN SOCCER THE BEST LEAGUE IN THE WORLD Ya thats right fuck the EPL!!

They Laugh at Inter for not winning any Scudetti for from ‘89 until ‘07 yet they have only won 3 in their Entire history. No European Glory except the Inter Cities Fair Cup and one Anglo-Italian Cup. WOW!!!!!! They need to stop riding the backs of the Milan and Juve supporters. At least they have won things to give us some stick. Romanisti on the other hand… or should I say empty hand.

Ahhh…Yes, but they don’t have Inter money. Fuck, how stupid of me. Whose fault is that? Inter’s?

But they’ll be quick to tell you they have more Coppa’s than Inter. A competition that is only regarded as great when they win it. Even this season they won the Super Coppa and they were shit talking, but last season when they blew a 3-0 to lead Inter and lost 4-3 it was, “Who the fuck cares about Super Coppa?”

Anyhow, let them say what they want. Its rare they are in this position. I wouldn’t expect them act rationally. They rip on Inter that they would still be nothing if it weren’t for Calciopoli. Think about what they would be… even less. If Inter won the Scudetto last season becuase of everyone’s misfortunes… they had to have taken adavantge of the those same misfortunes to finish second and earn a CL spot. Too bad for them too, becuse they ended up getting schooled and embarrassed at Old Trafford, further proving they are not the team they think they are. And yes we are well aware that Inter does exactly what you fools do in Europe… a whole lot of nothing.

Inter have taken 4 of a possible 6 points off of them this season to their 1. They are 6 points off. They briefly topped the table once this since and since losing the lead have never managed to regain it. They got it as close as 5 points. I really don’t know what they think they are or why they come here and talk shit.

I am pretty sure these are opinions… they certainly aren’t my facts.

Frank’s not even in the same galaxy on the obnoxious meter as Daniele (I don’t think) so I’ll let him get some leeway.

“For example the [world cup] GROSSO pent”

(If you are talking about the game versus Australia) This was not a flop. This was a legit penalty. All the replays prove it, as did FIFA itself. There is actually a ten minute video that is circulating that goes frame by frame showing the penalty.

You all can go check the Roma blog for a post that would not show up here.

    The facts are there.

Either way your a classless club, with classless fans, and a poster boy in Ibra who is the cockiest, dirtiest piece of shit in European futbol. Next to Viera.

Oh wait, they both play for Inter.

Gazzetta said 8 points before Catania, Reggina (both Inter deserved to win) and Roma, Empoli (Inter deserved a loss and a draw respectively). So that’s like 4 points in addition to the 8 from before.

    LOL
    Gazzetta.

Isn’t that a Moratti funded publication?

8 points. Fucking lucky ass bastards.

    That shit is running out.

Oh btw, you can’t use that luck in Europe, only Italia.

WE come here and talk shit because it is a blog about calcio. I am pretty sure this is EXACTLY what this medium of interaction is all about. It would be no fun if there was a little heated debate between people who actually know a thing or two about footy. Inter have had a great run of form since calciopoli (A.C. rather than A.D.) so take your spot as the top dog in Serie A, for the moment, as well as all the baggage that comes along with that tag.

I’m sure that in Roma’s glorious history we have received some calls that have benefitted us, I readily will admit that, I will also readily admit that It was Roma’s advantage to lose to Inter when we were up a man and DOMINATING those twenty minutes, we should have scored AT LEAST one more goal in that span, but there isn’t one of you on here who is even humoring the idea of impartiality to recognize that a whole country is pointing a blaming finger at the refs for at least some of your success.

You have a very strong side, a very good club. I dreaded the games Roma had to face inter in because I knew they would be hard faught and could end with no points for Roma, or worse cards and injuries for i giallorossi. That being said I truly believe that Roma are in better form than Inter at the moment and I think that props need to be dropped and I hope that when you guys burn out of the UCL you’ll be pullin for i lupi.

    Daniele,

Please stop embarassing (sp?) yourself. The only insult which you’ve ever directed my way is, ‘My DAWG’ shit. Grow up.

I have no problem with a heated calcio discussion, as Robbie has said. (Nice name, by the way :) ) But don’t ever come back here if you’re just going to produce personal attacks on people. But, you are welcome to have a discussion (sp?) about calcio.

A heated discussion is better than no discussion at all. But don’t fuck it up for everyone else by attacking people. ASSHOLE.

Once again, GROW UP. Stop being an idiot.

Have a nice day my DAWG.

(Once again, stop stealing my words.)

Robert, I am embarassing no one.

If you feel that I am embarassing myself, you are severly mistaken.

I am a nice person but when someone comes on a board and talks shit, well, I will talk shit back.

It must the Italiano, Romano gene in me. I just get all firey and shit.

When people don’t attack me first I will gladly not attack back.

So, grazie mille for your concern.

And for the last time, I am not stealing your word, simply telling you that 1. this isnt an NBA thread, and 2. this is not 1995.

He who starts it, must defend it. Im talking to you Johnny.

Don’t come on our board and talk shit to me, and expect me to be all friendly, and happy with you people.

What do mean this isn’t the NBA??????

Are you implying that only African-Americans say that? Becuase if you are, I take great offense to that, and may try to get your ass kicked off this site.

It’s one thing with the insults, but another thing when you bring someone’s race into play.

    A serious asshole move.

    I didn’t bring anyone’s race into play.

Simply put when you say dawg, you look stupid.

It had nothing, to do with race, or gender or anything.

So don’t try and pry me off this site, because of something you “thought I intended to hint at”

And just because they say dawg in the NBA has nothing to with race, or gender. The NBA is primarely African American, but are you being racist by saying that white dudes dont say “dawg”? Or that I was implying that dawg is an African American word? Is not racism?

    Id drop this.

Your lookin way to far into this.

    And you need to stop.

And that is my opinion, that you look stupid when you say that.

It started as a jab, something stupid, your escolating it to another level, which is your choice.

But my intentions were to poke fun, and get under the skin, as your Interisti do us all the time.

    Its called trash talk.

Which in some sports, is seen as its own sport.

Whatever you “meant” to say, I ask you to never (even if you don’t mean to) bring race up again. SHIT DOESN”T WORK LIKE THAT HERE.

I’m okay with a few jabs here and there, it’s fun. BUT NEVER AGAIN WITH THE RACE CARD. I don’t want to “pry you off” this site, but what you said (or implied (sp?)) crossed the line.

I have no problem with personal jabs, I enjoy it. Just gets a little out of hand every once and a while. But I guess that’s what makes theoffsides so great. Especially the Serie A section.
