Bashar, I think that I know a little bit more about football that Tacopina (you’ll recall that I told you guys he was a three dollar bill from the outset).

Interviewing players for articles is rather different than meeting them socially, and the 80s were much less structured than things are now. I can tell you that Falcao was (and I presume still is) a nice guy (and that the Roma team of that era was definitely something special).

Ale, I don’t practice Italian law (though I know a reasonable bit about it). I’m an international transactional lawyer, and virtually all of the deals that I work on are done under US and/or English law. I was in Frankfurt before we came to Milan, and continue to work throughout Europe.

And while we are on questions, I’ve been meaning to ask you if classes have started yet. Have the hurricanes effected you directly? I have a friend in Algiers who only got to go home over the weekend and is now worrying about Ike.

Ursus, I remember you saying you’re from NYC of Polish descent. (if my memory serves me correctly) How’d you end up as a lawyer in Milan? Of all occupations, law means you must have had a strong grasp of Italian before moving.

The one that I had to finally blacklist? I dont know. The person only posted here under the name of MAD or Bashar and it was quite clear they were neither. They also posted on the Juve board.

I gave them a chance but since it was clearly done to incite some sort of argument (I think we all mostly just sort of confused), out they go. I am against censorship as a rule so it made me uncomfortable, but I think it had to be done.
You all had better watch out now, though, cause now I am giddy with power! MWA HAHAHA!

Still not 100% sure if I am going to the Champions League Match. If it were soley up to me I would, but I have to consider my friends that are not as big on Calcio as I am. I told them the one demand I had for the trip was the Derby, which they agreed to! I have informed them of the CL match & the decision will likely be made while we are there.
