For the record, Nico is one tough mofo (or, he has a particularly tough skull). This is what Franco Combi, Inter’s chief doctor, had to say this morning:

“I’ve spoken with Nicolas, and he’s fine. He told me he took a blow to the head but he was back to normal by the end of the game and he returned to Argentina with his team-mates. Nicolas has a slight headache but he told me not to worry. He said he’ll return to Italy [on Friday] as scheduled.”

I just hope that someone thinks to give this guy and MRI – he has been knocked unconscious twice in a month, that can’t be good.

I read the Gazzetta’s story about Moratti considering building a stadium for Inter-only…what’s Ursus take on it? The article suggested it would be out in the suburbs.

Yeah, well, they are full of contradictions. They accuse Inter of getting away with dissent when their capitano, pretty much went as far as you can go, and got the smallest slap on the wrist I’ve ever seen.

Somehow being the victim is being wrong over there. Del Piero is a pussy for being slapped around by Cufre’, and Poulsen is the jackass for Totti hocking all over him. I don’t go there to troll, just point out some hypocrisy. I’m full of it too, I know.

Then we got into the is-Totti-classy-debate? As you can see, I only left two comments. Sometimes it’s just not worth it. I agree with them that sometimes him going nuts shows his utter passion for his side, but again, can’t have it both ways. On Juve’s side, we have Nedved who loses it occasionally (Alright, this might be the wrong blog to bring Nedved’s actions up on) but he’s not passionate, he’s a dirty thug. Make a choice.

Hey hey! The Azzurrini won in Israel 2-0, both goals from Balotelli. One of them was on a free kick so there may be hopes for our set pieces yet!

More comedy, I really laughed when I read this.

Apparently yesterday, alessio had the nerve to say something critical about Roma on the Roma offsides.

A poster from the Roma offsides took offense to this and told alessio that he shouldn’t go on the Roma blog and say insulting things about Roma.

Since then I have been waiting at my window for the other three horsemen to show up.
