Hello my name is Merle Dean Shamblin and I would like to be your new friend. I sure could use somebody to chat with. I am a 47 year old long haul truck driver who currently lives in Duncan Oklahoma. Dec 8th 1960 I was born in Fairview Oklahoma. Moved to Caddo and Washita counties where I attended school at Colony Hydro and Weatherford. My parents Malvin and Wanda Shamblin were cotton and peanut farmers. Dad died in 99 from lung cancer. Graduated from SWOSU with a business degree. My two sisters are LaDonna Hubert and Malva Burrahm. Dennis is my brother. I have been a truck driver for 14 years and have driven 2 million paid miles. I have received many safe driving awards over the years. I am single and have never been married. I have a wide range of interests and am pretty much an open book. Currently I drive a 2006 Freightliner for a major carrier. I dont go to Canada very often. I dont have a dedicated route so I run the entire lower 48. I enjoy reading cinema music sports travel etc

Figo thinks he will be ready to come back next week, although I dont really see the point.

Dacourt also used to be pretty good in the midfield. I have no idea what happened to him. I mean, I know he picked up the horrible injury last year, but I dont know why he has just never come back. Now he is on Mou’s infamous “sell list.”

I guess I will just trust in Mou.

Is bernd schuster a better coach than fabio capello because his real madrid won la liga with way more ease than capello’s …..I think not , had it not been for the diciplined and winning mentality capello brought to real madrid bernd schuster’s team wouldn’t have won jack , same thing applies to the jose mourinho / avram grant thing , its not that easy to manage chelsea ask your current manager claudio ranieri

Um, of course you are allowed an opinion and perfectly welcome to post it. I guess I just dont understand why Juventus fans need to argue that Grant is better than Mourinho. I mean, all Mou has to do is be better than Ranieri, yes? Who cares about Grant?

Had mourinho made chelsea the winning machine they were grant wouldn’t done shit , that chelsea squad could have managed itself thanx to that never say die attitude mourinho brought there ector cuper did a better job at inter than marcelo lippi so I guess cuper is a “better” coach than lippi eh ? Get real gents

maybe not ‘that’ bad but not at all good either. i’m certain that this was a sympathy award by his fellow colleagues partly for the way he was dealt with by inter at the end of last year and partly because he had to at least have had a one-time recognition for the three consecutive scudetti under his daycare.

I still dont understand what all this hoopla is about. Mourinho is not the best coach in the world. He may not even be the best one in Italy – I really cant say. He is an interesting coach that is trying some interesting things with Inter. Right now we are holding our own in the Serie A and CL so he must be doing something at least half-way right.

Why is this whole Grant/Mourinho thing even an issue? In other words, who cares? The whole thing sort of smacks of “my dad can beat up your dad” to me. Aren’t we just a little more adult than that?

Yeah. Zampa fires his coaches every 6 weeks. Doesn’t mean shit.

But yeah….Grant basically equalized Mourinho’s record. Look at his coaching career, couple Israeli squads and the national team. Woohoo. I bet Roberto Mancini could win titles with Chelski, particularly when ManUre was going stale.

Avram Grant lost the Finals with Chelsea and won absolutely nothing the season he was coach. He obviously failed to impress anyone at Chelsea enough to keep the job.

Mourinho reached the Semi’s with Chelsea (lost a penalty shootout)– that would be the stage right before the Finals. Plus he won every title in England there is to win.

The quote was, “it just showed how overrated Mourinho was. Not too special when a man with zero major coaching experience can equalize (or better) your feats eh?”

And it made me laugh. Where is the equalizing? If your talking Champions League Avram made it one game further. And he lost everything else.

That’s being “overrated”? That’s, “equal or better”?

It’s really funny. Just like adam, “you must win the league the season before something that Mourinho failed to do”

I mean it’s really funny… Jose won the league title twice… ow ow my sides are hurting…
