I wasn’t trying to reverse jinx the Viola… firstly because I don’t believe they exist (like the elusive R.O.U.S. ’s) and secondly because I do like the team.

But my goodness, were they crushed. I just caught the highlight show on FSC. Not good at all.

I have to say that I was surprised at the Juve score. No way did I think that Real were going to lose that game. After what happened on saturday…

Hold on… I sense a pattern here… lose on the weekend, win during the week…

Doubt that was a reverse jinx attempt from MAD, but if the Viola demonstrate the “quality” they showed in Munich tonight, Inter will win by at least three clear goals.

Toldo? For real? Woo Hoo! I like when Toldo plays. He is still a grande portiere and had some Ginormous matches last season in goal. He could be a starter in a lot of places and I am very happy that he stayed with the club when there was speculation of him moving in the off season.

Dare I say we could possibly have the best goal tending tandem in Europe? Nah, that would be going too far. I am confident, though, in his abilites and feel no anxiety when he starts in place of JC.
