Sorry Boys (And Girls)
By: robert | March 29th, 2008Let us talk man to man. (And woman to woman. Wait, I didn’t mean that.)
Today’s game was fucking terrible. No heart, AT ALL. I’m not sure why the fuck Ibra was even on the field, all his did was walk around and lose the ball. I really don’t give a shit if he’s hurt. If you’re going to lineup with the other ten guys, there’s no excuses. You MUST perform. Plus, Roma tied, and we didn’t capitalize. I’m pissed. Not just at one player, but everyone. Emotionally, I’m drained.
So, due to todays game, I won’t have a post match review for you. I’m wayyyy to pissed, angry, tired, and generally not motivated to do so. I think you guys (and gals) can let me slide for this one.
But, don’t let me stop you from complaining and bantering with one another. Please, proceed.
I’ll be back tomorrow with Inter Info. Ya’ man just needs to “step” back and relax for this one. Before I get my ass sued. And that would be bad.

I do not understand. If Zlatan was so hurt all he could do was pathetically watch the match go on around him, why did Mancini put him on the pitch in the first place? And while we’re on the subject of Mancini having the tactical sense of an acorn, why did he take off the at-least-putting-in-the-effort Maniche with the plays-the-exact-same-position Jiminez? And why did he — oh, you know what, I’m not even going to bother. Listing the “Reasons Why Mancini Has the Tactical Sense of an Acorn” would take hours, and my dinner’s in the oven.

I fee ya’ man, I feel ya’
P.S.- Did everyone see Vieira play when he came on? Yeah, that’s why I hate him. He shows no heart, EVER, when he plays. That piece of shit.

A disgraceful performance overall. Zlatan needs to be dropped just to be taught a lesson, but of course Mancini never does that (remember Vieira and the kicking away bottles?). My man Rivas fucked up on the goal. The lack of heart is disgusting. The only ones who seemed to give a fuck were capitano and Crespo (Maicon in short bursts). Something needs to be done to motivate these guys. Strangely, Roma closing the gap doesn’t seem to be doing it. We can’t keep relying on Roma’s inability to beat shit teams. We need to start winning. We need to start winning IMMEDIATELY.
Forza Inter.

Did you see the amount of lost balls, lack of concentration, and stupidity. It was a very frustrating game. I think its officially time to start Balotelli. At least he has something to prove. And why isnt Chivu playing in central defense since Burdisso is obviously a liability to us. That dude needs to go! I dont know whats going on with this team. Mancini has lost this team, its obvious with the way they are playing. Even the captian is holding the ball too long at times. Well all of them are, the amount of times i screamed “Pass the F***ING Ball” the past 3 games is crazy. This after reading how Wenger at Arsenal has software to see how quickly his boys pass the ball to the 100th of a second. He’d have a heart attack with our boys.

adriano is shittier than suazo….at least suazo works his ass off

suazo is welcome at roma anytime. the inter environment is what is killing him as a player.

Fine. You take suazo and we will get aquilani. I wonder if it is really Mancini playing Ibra all the time or if other pressures at the club are putting him on the field. Ibra sells more jerseys than any other Inter player (it is Kaka for Milan) and generates the most sponsorship money. With these new super close ties to Nike, I wonder if there is not a commercial interest for the club to play Ibra – on form or not.

Of course, I must say, at least Milan isnt winning. That would really be too much. At least there is some joy for me in calcio this weekend.
But all kidding aside, kudos to Maldini. Glad to see he still has it.

alessio?! are you mad?! suazo is worthless. adri is re-discovering his form. i rather him than someone who doesnt know how to strike with someone else!!! he’s a fucking useless shit if you ask me…
i am officially putting suazo up for sale. lets start the bidding, who wants him for $1?

Play Balotelli and Crespo. The work well together.

johonna – the thing is, roma and their fans dont want to get rid of aquilani. however, looks like some of you are obviously not big fans of suazo, despite being an obvious talent (inter fought off milan and roma for his services for a reason). apart from the alleged ‘bad atmosphere’ at inter, i think he is also suffering from not playing with reasonable continuity and complimentary partners up front…something which he had at cagliari and likely the reason for much of his success there.

True, but Aquilani did say he would like to come to Inter. He may have changed his mind since then, but I can hope, cant I?
Suazo does have a high work rate – at least he runs a lot. The questions is, can he finish? Mancini seems to like to play 2 strikers and Suazo seems to prefer to be a lone striker.
So, he may be a great talent, but we (Inter) are in a crunch so there is no time for Suazo to work out his kinks. I do think Ibra needs to be benched. He is clearly not all there – whether from injury or some other reason. Maybe these last couple of months will give Suazo some place to shine.

I agree with you, kirby. Adriano is a lot better than Suazo. Inter should have him back. Suazo is useless.

I just read he got a couple of goals yesterday. I have nothing against him personally. I hope he can work through his demons and get back to his amazing form. Adriano, that is.

what’s wrong with me. i seem to want this season to end as fast as possible regardless if we win it or not (of course i want inter to win, but roma scares the shit out of me because our form & morale is at its worst since the tardelli days).
