The little asshole wants to pretend that it’s human and that it can count.

Burn of the year…

Someone over at the Roma blog posted a link to a video of a bunch of fans Chanting “interista Pezzo di Merda!” Those fans were Milan fans. Couple that with the photo of FDL’s “Intermerda” banner…

We have our main rivals. Roma are nothing to me. They can hate us all they want. They can say what they want. They can think what they want. They twist this and turn that anyway they want. They can believe in magic all they want.

It doesn’t change the fact Inter are bigger, better and badder than they are.

I think that the CB spot is the one that will affect the others. We had as many people playing out of position as Roma did and we still were able to dictate play.

We will need to beware the counter against a team like Samp. We can’t get sucked to far ahead looking for the kill when we have a question in the back. We can only hope for Cordoba or Chivu to come back. I agree with Paolo that if Samuel and Cordoba can be anything like their old selves, we will turn a weakness into a strength.

Hopefully, fingers crossed, Cordoba and Samuel can regain the form they had last season. One of the best games I have ever seen a central back play was Cordoba’s performance in the 1st leg match vs Liverpool last season in the CL. That is until he got injured. He put on a clinic. He is smart, fast and very good in the air. He cannot come back soon enough.

I am interested to see what are starting CB duo will be when every one is fit. Samuel and Cordoba played well together last year at times.

maxwell could play the middle too. he could play with Cambiasso & Zanetti and maicon at full back. Still a great defense.
